DANVILLE, IN — The United States Postal Service and Indiana Stamp Club will host a first-day-of-issue stamp dedication event for the Winter Landscapes Forever stamps on Friday, Sept. 19, at 11:00 a.m. The event will be held in conjunction with INDYPEX ’25 at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds & Conference Complex, 1900 E Main St., Danville, IN.
NEW YORK — Today, the U.S. Postal Service honored humanitarian and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel with a stamp. Wiesel dedicated his life to preserving the memory of the Holocaust, championing Jewish causes, and defending human rights. He is the 18th honoree in the Distinguished Americans stamp series.
